But she’s still got her fair share of advice.
For the past few years, Rachel M. Jones has written for the Huffington Post, the New York Times and many other outlets, from The Atlantic to Salon.
And this year she has teamed up with a group of women in the beauty industry to create a new book called “The Vegan Woman.”
The title of the book is a reminder to all women: If you want to live a vegan lifestyle, it’s time to start making a conscious choice.
This isn’t a call to abandon your food and your pets, Jones said in an interview.
This is an advice book for vegans.
“If you’re going to have a vegan diet, the first thing you have to do is choose a healthy, vegan-friendly recipe,” she said.
“Then you can just keep adding vegan ingredients until you get your taste buds in.”
The book is about the ingredients you can buy at the grocery store or the market, how to cook them yourself, and what ingredients you should buy if you can’t find what you need.
There’s also a vegan recipe guide, a list of the best vegan- and vegetarian-friendly products to buy at a store, and a list detailing all the ingredients for vegan dishes.
