So if you have a lot of extra calories, you will burn more fat and become more prone to weight gain.
The good news is that the more we eat, the less we need for energy.
When you eat a lot, you’re consuming less food than when you’re eating a little, and you’re therefore getting more calories from food.
So you can actually lose weight if you eat more calories.
